STAFFING
The CMS Fitness Center is staffed by trained fitness professionals. All staff members have degrees and/or certifications in exercise physiology, fitness management, personal training, group exercise or a related field and also hold current CPR/AED certifications. The on-site staff have been trained in the areas of fitness assessment, exercise prescription, individual fitness program development and customer service. The Fitness Center staff is dedicated to providing an environment that promotes a safe, effective and enjoyable workout for every member.
