CMS Baltimore-based employees & contractors

Baltimore-based OIG/GAO/OAG/GSA employees

Daily Passes and Monthly Memberships available for CMS employees temporarily assigned to the Baltimore Headquarters

Payroll Deduction - $12.00 bi-weekly deduction

($25.00 enrollment fee - due at time of enrollment)

CMS Employees/Contractor - $265.00
