STAFFING
The CMS Fitness Center is staffed by trained fitness professionals. All staff members have degrees in exericse physiology, fitness management or a related field. Additionally, the on-site staff have been trained in the areas of fitness assessments, exercise prescriptions, individual fitness programs development and customer service. The Fitness Center Manager and each Staff Person is dedicated to providing a Fitness Center that promotes a safe, effective and enjoyable workout environment for each member.
